Missing Due Dates, Tests, etc., Because of Illness
Download this form to take with you to the doctor. If the assignment/test is worth more than 10%, present the form and a petition to Dean of Theology's office. If the work is worth less, contact the instructor per your course outline. The details of the regulation are here. The form is here. Run it off now, so you don't have to search for it when you're not well. Those who will seek medical help at UWO's health services, instead need to take a permission to release info form along. These are available at Student Services office at Huron.
With enough notice, faculty may put message on OWL, and you will find notices on the Class Cancellation page.

Where Are My Marks?
End-of-year marks will show online after adjudication in mid-May. There is no mail out of a "report card" at Western. Try this advice from the UWO Registrar's Office: You can access your grades through the Grades link or the View Academic Summary link on Student Center (student.uwo.ca). The Posted Grades tab under the Grades link displays courses and final grades that are currently available for release on your official transcript. Your Academic Summary will provide a full listing of your grade history.

If you do not receive this email, then this means the Registrar's office does know you are a student intending to return to studies. Please email the theology office if this is the case with you, and you do want to be registered for Fall/Winter 2014-15, and we will make this change for you. We will need your student #, so you could send it, divided, over two emails, or you could phone and leave a message with your number and request for activation as a student for the coming year (519.438.7224 x 289)
Details about the requirements of your degree can be found under "Academics" or under "Future Students" and then choose your degree. Also you can contact the theology office for your personal degree map which you can fill in with your completed courses and see what courses remain. If you have any questions regarding your registration for next year, don't hesitate to contact the faculty office.
All students are issued a UWO e-mail address. You must activate and use this address--or simply forward it to another e-mail address. More info on how to activate.
Does the e-mail address to which you forwarded your UWO mail still exist? Some e-mail to students cannot be delivered because of this. Please check. How to forward your UWO email to another address.
Make sure you change your address on the UWO Registrar's website and let the Theology Office know too!
